MOMMY & TRAVISSH UPSIDE DOWN EXERCISE


This is one of Vish favourite exercise...if mommy stop he will scream asking for more..this exercise is good for blood circulation whereby blood will go to vessel in the brain..very good to increase mental power, stimulation and improve chakras....it s part of yoga exercise..however please do not do if you not confidence enough..if my grandma is still alive for sure she will scolding me for doing this to vish...
